Meditation Scrolls Workshop

Meditation Scrolls Workshop

Our connections to textiles are deep and important. We wrap our babies in cloth, we remember a  grandparent's favourite shirt. We might even be drawn to a fabric or stitch we’ve never seen before simply because it reminds us of something or gives us a special feeling.

Create a keepsake and combine creativity and mindfulness together, learning new stitching techniques with Meditation Scrolls - small bits of fabric sewn together in a long strip with a variety of embroidered stitches and wrapped around a wooden spool.

Participants are encouraged to bring bits and pieces of cloth, but fabric and supplies will also be provided.

Dates: May 2-3, 2026

Time: 10am - 1pm daily

Ages: 14+

Cost: $100 per person

All materials provided.
